Recently, I joined a constituent, Alexander Butcher, for a ride on King’s Transit to hear directly from riders about their experiences. These conversations were invaluable in understanding the day-to-day challenges our community faces when relying on public transit. I then met with Meg Hodges, General Manager of King’s Transit, for a productive discussion about these concerns.

I continued touring the Area this summer with colleagues, visiting different wineries, and having the ability to discuss ongoing struggles for them. I also had the opportunity to meet with local not-for-profit groups like MADD, visiting our local markets and touring their farms.
