Tour of Valley Communications

Yesterday I had the opportunity to stop in at Valley Communications  for a tour and an engaging conversation with their team.

Valley Communications has been serving communities since 1959, and has grown into an important part of emergency communications in Nova Scotia. Today, they operate as one of the province’s 911 Public Safety Answering Points, provide fire dispatch for fire departments across Nova Scotia, and support emergency services in parts of New Brunswick and Newfoundland.

In addition to their emergency services work, they also provide telephone answering and message services for clients, supporting organizations that rely on 24/7 coverage and responsive customer service.
