It was a pleasure to spend time with the 507 F/L McLean Squadron Royal Canadian Air Cadets over the past two weekends.

Last week, I had the opportunity to attend their annual parade and 77th Annual Ceremonial Review. It was impressive to see the professionalism, discipline, and leadership demonstrated by the cadets as they marked another successful training year.
This past Saturday, I was honoured to join them again for their awards ceremony, recognizing the many accomplishments of cadets who have worked hard throughout the year to develop their skills, serve their community, and support one another.

As a parent who has watched my own children participate in the cadet program, these events are especially meaningful. I've seen firsthand how cadets gain confidence, develop leadership abilities, learn responsibility, and build lifelong friendships.
Congratulations to all of the cadets who were recognized for their achievements. Thank you to the officers, civilian instructors, sponsoring committee members, volunteers, and families whose dedication makes this program possible.

For 77 years, the 507 F/L McLean Squadron has helped shape young leaders in our community, and the future looks bright with these remarkable young people leading the way.
Congratulations on a successful year!
