White Rock Community Center Celebrates 40 Years

Happy 40th Anniversary White Rock Community Center ! What a great turn out last night as the community and hard working volunteers celebrated 40 years. Stories, pictures, and the wonderful community spirit filled the room. Thank you to all the volunteers, both current and past, for making so many memories.
